All garments, linen, and fabrics are handled with the utmost care. However, certain conditions or non-apparent defects in material may lead to discoloration or shrinkage. Garments with such conditions are accepted for cleaning at the owner's risk, and Max White Laundry will not be responsible for any resulting issues.

2. Quality Assurance

Max White Laundry makes reasonable efforts to maintain high-quality washing, drying, and folding services.

3. Manufacturer's Labels

Max White Laundry does not read manufacturer-suggested care and washing/drying labels and will not be responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only."

4. Special Care Items

Max White Laundry accepts no liability for special care and delicate items that require extra attention during cleaning.

5. Color Preservation

Max White Laundry is not responsible for items with loose color, especially when one part of the garment's color transfers to another part.

6. Item Retrieval

Items left beyond 30 days will not be the responsibility of Max White Laundry. Storage fees will be charged after this period.

7. Right to Refuse

Max White Laundry reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.

8. Stain Removal

Removal of stains is part of the process, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed and is processed at the customer's risk.

9. Personal Items

Max White Laundry is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal or non-cleanable items left in garments.

10. Loss of Garments

Customers who cannot accept the loss of any garment are advised not to leave it with us.

11. Check Delivery

Customers are requested to count articles at the time of delivery and inform the delivery person of any missing items. Claims will not be entertained after acceptance and signature.

12. Customer Updates

Customers may receive updates from Max White Laundry. To stop these updates, please register a request with our Customer Care Department.

13. Ornaments/Jewelry

Max White Laundry is not responsible for any ornaments or jewelry fittings on garments.

14. Examination at Delivery

Customers should examine articles for damage at the time of delivery and notify any issues at that time. Claims will not be accepted afterward.

15. Force Majeure

Max White Laundry is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to force majeure conditions.

16. Loss/Damage Exclusion

Max White Laundry is not liable for any loss or damage of articles arising due to fire, burglary, or similar unforeseen causes.

17. Delays

Some processes/items may require additional time to process, and no deduction or claim can be initiated for delays.

18. Designer Wear

Tariffs for designer wear will be decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity of the garment and communicated to the customer after examination by an expert at the processing center.
